Need help analyzing a crash report

This is the most recent crash report. This has been a constant thing. I have a dual PC set up so there shouldn't be any issues on over processing snce the games and things are on the other page. Please help because it is making it hard to want to stream anymore.

The video capture device source was unable to get a bit of free RAM for a new frame, thus breakpoint reached.
