I hope anyone can help me to understand this, cuz i have no idea how to solve my problem with RTSP stream from IP Camera.
Somewhere i saw, that Input Format - is for demuxer flags of FFMPEG, so may be it could help to solve this ssue with media source of my IP Camera:
This issue is related ONLY with OBS Studio and Input Source Decoding. Also changing IP camera internal encoder setting from h265 to h264 - did not affect anything.
This is only OBS problem and i have no idea how to fix it.
Setup:
i7 4770K
GTX770
16Gb RAM
Camera input source:
1080/30P
H265
16384Kb bitrate
GOP 2 Sec
Output source settings:
Youtube RTMP
Codec: x264
6500 Kbit/s
Preser Veryfast
Key Frame interval 2 sec
