Question / Help Need a facebook page?

Basically I am trying to post to a facebook group that I do not own. Other have posted live videos using OBS multiple times without a problem. I'm making sure it's on connect and that I copy and paste the right key into the settings, but once I get everything set up and hit 'Go live' it says I need a facebook page. If I try to make one it doesn't do anything.
