Question / Help NDI with IP Webcam - output not showing

I am a new user. I have installed OBS and NDI, and set up my Android phone with IP webcam successfully on my home computer.

When I set it up on my computer at my church, I am seeing no picture in the output window in OBS. I have gone into Tools and made sure Main Output and Preview Output are both checked in NDI Output settings. I have created a Scene. I have added a Source, selecting NDI Source. My options are "Computer (OBS)" and "Computer (OBS Preview)". Whichever one I select, I get nothing. IP webcam is running on my phone and on my computer, and I have video from the phone camera in the IP webcam browser on my computer.

I have un-installed and re-installed NDI.

Any suggestions?

Instead of using NDI to transfer the camera feed from your cell phone to OBS, I would recommend downloading the DroidCam software on your phone and computer. You can then connect the two over Wifi (wLAN) by opening the software on both. Enter the IP and Port listed on the phone into the software on the computer. Connect then hit the popout window button under the feed. Unfortunately there is some latency. Then in OBS add a window source, and connect it to that popout window

I realized later that I did not use NDI at home, but used IP Webcam as a window on my computer, selected the Browser function in IP Webcam, selected "window" "IP Webcam" in Sources and trimmed appropriately.
