NDI Video not showing up

Big Sur 11.6, OBS 27.1.3 (64 bit). NDI plugin installed, can see the NDI cameras and select them by name, but no video shows up in OBS. I know they are working, I can send the NDI source to Zoom via NDI Virtual Input app. What would prevent the image from showing up in OBS when the application can see the cameras?
