Question / Help NDI video lagging but only in OBS, NDI monitor app is fawless

I have iphone 6s with NDI HX app, when i open obs and insert NDI source video have periodical lags every second.

But if i open NDI monitor app (native from Newtek) video is fawless without any problem.

All plugins, runtime and obs is up to date.

Any ideas?

I install 4.6.2 version with 4+ runtime and it works fawless.

I\ve been having the same issue just now b4 all fine and all of the sudden video lagging from my iphone 6 plus and my new ipad i noticed if i stop the stream no lag at all but b4 it didn't do it just recently started acting up.
