Question / Help Ndi Two-PC Less than 10-20 fps pls help

Both my streaming and gaming pc have high specs. I am using the NVENC encoder which worked great for a few days, but is now records at an unacceptably low frame rate. It does not matter what quality, frame rate, resolution, or bitrate i set, I still get the same 5-10 fps in the preview, while my gaming pc runs at a perfect 60. Yes I have Windows 10 and yes i have 'gaming mode' disabled. It appears there is a poor circulation of processing power through obs setup, with a lower frame rate depending how graphically intensive the game becomes. I would greatly appreciate any help.

I must note that it says a sufficient amount of frames were dropped due to low bandwidth, but even when I had a healthy connection i would get very poor performance
