NDI source name and preview name is greyed out: does not show as option in destination obs

The stream is not running when option is greyed.
I have tried 4.91 and 4.8

I converted this single use laptop (windows) to a single use laptop (ubuntu): obs source being it's sole function.
The windows version worked fine, (the OS was clunky)


I have installed SDK 4 via .sh
