It is possible to install the NDI plugin in several portable OBS install on same PC and redirect internaly the NDI stream between the different instances?
Late reply but yes you can. download the obs-ndi plugin (zip version) unpack and just copy the data and obs-plugins directories and paste them in your obs portal directory, merging the folders.
