Question / Help NDI Plugin causing OBS to Crash - Win 7

What could possible be causing the NDI plugin on Windows 7 to crash OBS evcerytime I go to launch it?

I am happy for anyone who wishes to use Remote access ... its just an old computer with barley anything on it.
