Trying to get NDI to output to another computer while streaming and it is very glitchy.
I am using a 4k video input and downscaling to a 720p livestream feed, in order to digitally zoom in within OBS, because our camera lacks zoom capability. So... I know my processor is doing a lot of work. Is that the problem?
