Question / Help NDI not showing any available sources

So just as the title says, I'm having an issue where OBS is not discovering any NDI sources on the Streaming PC. I'm able to find the source on the Game PC which shows it (as well as iphone NDI stream)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just to be clear, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS, NDI, and the runtime environment

Presently running most up to date versions as of 2/6/2020 (Feb 6, 2020

Have you double-checked firewall settings?

I think it is a firewall issue, but i'm not seeing anything that would be causing it.

I do have an issue where I cannot see one of the computers on the network now that you mention that.

i cleared my netsh and stuff. that has fixed it. I dont' know whats caused this. :(
