Question / Help NDI not connecting to OBS.. please help!!!

I'm new to OBS and I want to stream on Facebook. I want to use Skype and OBS to do the live feed on facebook. I downloaded ops-ndi 4.7.1. (I don't know if this is the correct program) when I try to open it on OBS it does not appear on tools nor on source. I've tried everything and it still does not work. please help !!!!
