NDI issue with propresenter

So I am running the Mac mini M4 chip and I have 4 Osbot tail airs cams and a NDI hx camera on a iPhone these are all working very well but I’m trying to get my lower third to work. The lower third are behind between 30s and 2 mins. I’ve tried changing the bandwidth to lowest but nothing I’ve tried to work. I have the NDI tool software downloaded and I used the display monitor and it shows the NDI source working are the right speed as I change the slides.

Encountered also major problems with OBS, macOS (15.3.1) and ProPresenter (18.2) lately.....

Got OBS with NDI and ProPresenter finally talk to each other reliably (at least it seems to work now) by setting the network settings on macOS to use DHCP with static IP....
