Correct. Plugins need to be modified and recompiled against Qt6 to work with OBS 28.
It's one reason I'm holding off on updating, to give plugin-makers a chance to update everything.
You'll need to reach out to the plugin-writer/maintainer to request an update. I guarantee they already know though, and are working on it.
