ndi cameras not being recognized

We have multiple NDI HX type cameras feeding our OBS to facebook worship streams.
for the last 3 or four months we have been using
1. PTZOPTICS 30X NDI connected via eithernet (POE)
2. TWO Iphone SE's running NDI-HX app via wifi.
We also have two 2 PTZzcams which are currently not being used .
Until this past weekend everything was working fine.
The on Sunday Morning the two IPHONES dropped connection. The operator rebooted the system and OBS and then the PTZOPTICS camera dropped. There is no video from any of those cameras.
However all three cameras (and the two spares) show in NDI TOOLS studio monitor.
Running NDI 5 and OBS 27.1.3. also have the PTZ obs controller doc install and even though there is not video can still control that camera's Pan/tilt/zoom..

any idea where to start trouble shooting this issue.

The log file I attached is from today's testing

Agree that the McAfee needs to be uninstalled.
The image files that it cant find are part of a slide set on a USB that we change each week to put up scriptures. and shouldn't have any impact on the cameras not being found.
The PC is connected to the router via an ethernet connection as is the main PTZ camera. The iphones are connected via wifi.
I have some more viable log files that were from the time of the failures which I am reviewing and will upload once I see which of the 7 or so show the cameras dropping.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

please test the cams in NDI tools Studio Monitor too
as I said in the initial post " However all three cameras (and the two spares) show in NDI TOOLS studio monitor."
So the cameras show in studio monitor but don't show in OBS.

Looks like you are using NDI 5. when did you install this, just curious I had all kind of issues using that including freezing camera so had to goback to 4.9 to make things work for me. Never tried the updated NDI tools after that. any one had luck with NDI 5 ?

Not exactly when I first installed NDI 5 on the church machine but I have had it on my home machine since 10/15/2021 with no problems.
I would have been installed on the church machine within 30 days so since the first of the year would be a good estimate.
