NDI camera using mobile connection

Hello to all,
I see on ios store only camera NDI with local network support. I need one app for convert my phone in webcam when i'm out of my home not under my wifi local connection, and connect to obs using ndi on my home pc.
Work all but only with NDI REMOTE in safari browser, if is possible app is apreciated.

my understanding (could easily be wrong) is that what you would need is:
- NewTek's NDI v5 client for iOS device (most likely not free?) or similar iOS client
- and then configure your home firewall/router to properly (securely) handle this traffic, or get a NDI Bridge
- and then have OBS PC with proper NDI receiver [free NDI Tools] working on it (sounds like OBS v28 might have a native one?? current OBS does NOT include a native ability to receive NDI signal)

Thanks for reply, NewTek's NDI v5 client are you sure is able to send video in mobile connection and not only under the same wifi? i'm not sure and I can't put 20$ in a trash.
