NDI Camera not populating menu

Got the plug-in installed. NDI comes up on the Sources menu. It can see my desktop as an NDI source, but not my Aida PTZ 12HX NDI camera. The camera and image are being seen and recorded by NDI Studio Monitor, though, and have worked with vMix. I also followed the troubleshooting guide for NDI with a laptop. Any ideas?
