NDI black screen problem

I have installed OBS studio and ndi on both PCs making sure about the same resolutions and firewall Is off and media stream sharing is on. I even did a map network drive, it just seems that my streaming PC is picking up black screen with red button top left. I pressed Ctrl f and Ctrl r but still the whole expanded source was still black. Any help please?

please an obs log ! hay you test it with the NDI TOOLS - NDI Monitor ?

please post an OBS log !
the Source device is showing in the NDI Source ?

Hope you use a Cable Conection ?
