NDI Audio Output to Google Voice Call (for conference call)

Does anyone know if the NDI audio can be sent to Google Voice call? If so, please let me know. In detail, I have video/audio coming in to OBS via NDI. I'm wanting to send that audio to a conference call, via Google Voice. I installed a virtual audio cable but using that along with the NDI audio, I get both sounds. Can anyone help? Thanks
