NDI Audio cutting in and out

I am running 3 30x NDI PTZOptics cameras. I have audio going to cam 1 and cam 2 from Behringer XR32 via a line in port on the camera. (I typically only use audio from one camera throughout the broadcast.) I have the cameras set up as NDI sources in OBS. For some reason, today the audio was cutting in and out on both cameras. I tested it in NDI Studio Monitor and it does not happen, so it has to be an issue with OBS. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Our church service was unwatchable today because of it and I am a little freaked out. Thanks for your help.

Here are two logs, but the videos I posted were not even during streaming. If it were a bandwidth issue, it should be happening in the NDI Studio Monitor, right?

yes but did you try use 3 sources at the monitors at the same time ?

take an look in your Taskmanager how what says the ethernet device ?

when its a bandwitch problem an idea is to use a USB 3.0 network interface NDI can use more than one network interface a same time but didnt test it with the OBS plugin

did you try update the network drivers ? from the manufacturer homepage ?

and this 1000 times have you restart the router have you change the cat cables ? anything goes wrong is a new device in the network ?

The picture at the link was taken earlier today while everything was running. I have not KNOWINGLY changed anything. We have two computers that can run obs and it was happening on both of them.

I have not tried to update the network drivers recently.

I restarted the entire network today, one piece at a time (switches, cameras, etc.)

but what i see its an USB GBit the question is its an external USb to ehernet or is it an onboard device ?

It is an external device. Do you think that could be the problem? Both computers were using the same external USB 3 ethernet adapter.

Here's my argument AGAINST it being the network adapter...I do not have the issue in NDI Studio Monitor. That brings me back to it is an issue with OBS.

have you open the NDI studio monitor 3 times ? and open all 3 cams at same time ?

please send a picture of one settings of the cams in obs !

I will try that tomorrow. (I'm not in the building today.) But, I did open NDI Studio Monitor while obs was running. I would call a preset in obs and nothing would happen for 4 or 5 seconds, but it was happening instantly (and the video was much smoother) on NDI Studio Monitor (while OBS was running all of the cameras).

I have 3 instances of NDI Studio Monitor running, one for each camera. All cameras respond instantly and with no audio issues.

I deleted Source Cam 1 keep muted. I enabled variable bitrate. An upgrade of OBS was available today and I installed it. I just did a live broadcast that ran through all of the scenes with music and/or a podcast playing. My CPU usage stayed between 20% and 45%, it was super responsive (no lag), and it ran flawlessly. I don't know if it was deleting the source, upgrading, or enabling variable bitrate, but it seems to be working GREAT!
