Question / Help N00B--Help w/ OBS setting to stream pre-recorded video on FB live

I have been reading tutorials on how to stream a pre-recorded video on FB live, and they keep referencing a source called "VLC Video Source" but I don't have that in my source options.
Any help with what I can use?

Do you have VLC installed on your computer? I think the application has to be installed before OBS can take advantage of it.

You could also use Media Source, but I tend to think the VLC source would be preferable.
