Estou com esse erro persistente, já desinstalei e instalei de novo, já instalei versões anteriores do OBS, reiniciei modem, redefini a chave de transmissão, já tentei conectar com a Twitch manualmente pela chave de transmissão, já apaguei as pastas do %appdata% e nada ainda. Se alguém tiver uma solução da um help aqui pelo amor de Deus.

Estava passando por esse problema, e percebi que minha internet estava cortando esse tipo de transmissão. Você pode fazer um teste com um 4g roteado do seu celular pra validar se pode ser isso msm...

Estou vendo ainda o que pode ter bloqueado na outra rede.
