I just remembered to add that for some reason I can pick video adapters normally in normal OBS (non-MP) but that doesn't work for me since I really need multitrack audio recording. Didn't test the video recording there though.

Video adapter selection isn't implemented in multiplatform. Thanks for searching for that one.

As for quicksync, that's probably to do with keyframe interval or trying to record directly to MP4 which is still not recommended.

Yes I am recording to mp4. What format should I record to? I'm recording for youtube.

As for keyframe interval I think its on default. What keyframe interval should I try?

Saving to flv ends up performing better.

Keyframe interval may need to be adjusted to somewhere between 1 and 4.
