My whole computer freezes and goes crazy when streaming, forcing me to hard reset.

Everytime i stream on twitch all of my windows start to go black, then go back to normal. After this happens once or twice, OBS crashes without warning and my whole PC becomes unusable, glitchy and buggy. The last time i streamed a friend of mine told me to update my GPU driver, and i did just that, but it didn't seem to have solved the problem. Anyone had any idea of what could be happening? It seems to be really uncommon because i can't find anyone online with a simmilar problem, here's a link with footage of what's happening: https://imgur.com/a/XqFtEVS

last crashed stream log:

It seems to be related to audio (it doesn't make sense because is messes with my whole computer, but if the log says so... anyway,)
I can't seem to find anyone with the same problem online.

Looks like a hardware / driver issue. Probably the GPU itself.
Also you need to fully update Windows 10. You can't use latest GPU drivers without updating Windows too.
And of course, if you installed the latest version of the GPU driver you need the latest version of OBS too. If it's not the latest version due to an old GPU (so the driver is old too) you don't need to update OBS further than the 29.x version as the codecs for the 30.x version do need latest gpu drivers.

Do fix the audio sampling rate mismatch (at Operating System level)
Test _without_ the streamlabs browser source
Do update Windows OS.. very important
I'd hold off on OBS Studio update for the moment...
and if still having issue, drop down to 30fps for testing
and possibly do a little real-time hardware resource utilization monitoring, and make sure OS isn't pegging at/near 100% CPU for any length of time, nor other bottlenecks.
