My video is flipping vertically intermittently

Just like the title says, my video keeps flipping vertically intermittently. I can see it during the stream, and it's not happening in the game window. I can set the video to flip vertically in the transform option on the game capture source, but since it's intermittent I can't keep the video permanently aligned. Any advice would be appreciated, I'd like to stream without giving people motion sickness.

I'm playing the game in windowed mode.
