My streams look not smooth, Any comments on my settings?

Hello there I'm using a dual pc setup.
.

My streaming doesn't feel that smooth even though it is 60fps. Changing to fastest didn't change the experience for me.


Main pc

1440p 144hz game play

I use obs to downscale to 1080p 60fps and project it to my cap card via hdmi

No encoding lag or skipped frames that's the fastest 2700x can do it with very low cpu usage.

Post a logfile from a recording or streaming session where the issue was occurring, at least 30 seconds in length.
