My streaming sometimes stops getting sound in a time

Hello. During a Twitch broadcast with OBS my streaming sometimes stops getting sound in a time and my viewers stop hearing game sound but still hear my voice and other sounds. What could be happening? It doesn't always happen but it does happen from time to time. I have to disconnect and connect my video capture and close and open OBS to get everything working again.

I have NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (new) encoder activated and CBR with 6000 Kbps in OBS.

TV: Samsung Q80T 55''
Capture card: Elgato HD60 S+
PC: Intel Core i5 9400F / ASRock Z390 Taichi / Corsair Vengeance Pro 16 GB 3200 MHz / Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W 80 Plus / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
 
Does the audio meter show no or reduced audio from the HD60 during that time
I'm guessing the issue is the HD60 S+ You could try another USB port, make sure it's not plugging into the same USB hub as the C922 like the USB 3.1 Gen2 under the network ports and the C922 on one of the USB 3.1 Gen 1

Correct, the sound does not appear in OBS on the grabber bars when the problem appears. Thank you very much for your answer. I'm going to try changing the USB port as you say. I hope that is the problem because I am going crazy. I comment on the results.
