Question / Help My stream will skip frames at lowest quality them freeze completely.

I have been trying to stream for a while now and every time i start a stream it will skip frames and freeze totally after a while. I have turned the quality down to the minimum and it still persists. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My CPU is a Phenom 2. Graphics card is a MSI GEFORCE 1050 TI.

Open OBS, start streaming, observe your problem, stop the stream, then upload the current log without quitting.

You have a very weak CPU and using x264 (CPU) encoding, so you're completely overloading your PC along with the game. Switch to nvenc as encoder, this frees most of the CPU demand from the OBS.
