My stream to Facebook live keeps getting disconnected almost every 5 mins

My stream tin facebook live keeps getting disconnected. However, I have a stable internet connection and been streaming for more than a year now. This is the first time this happen and been a problem for me for the past week. Not sure what the log means but attaching it here hoping someone could help.

So, looks like you started on WiFi, then switched to a wired connection, right?
Log is full of
04:55:04.754: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 746 (6.1%)
all the way up to 30+%
so ... most likely ... either your upload speed is now more restricted than it was, you are trying a higher bitrate (and exceeding capacity), or something else is consuming you upload bandwidth

Thanks for this. Yes I started the stream on WiFi and moved to LAN after realizing I got disconnected the first time cause of this. However, after connecting via LAN - i still keep getting disconnected every 2-10 mins. I don't think that bandwidth is my issue as I have this internet at home:

That screen show is a point in time optimized, optimistic, lowest rate not shown result. which is fine for non-latency/jitter sensitive traffic (ie a file upload). but tells you little (to nothing, if not outright possibly misleading) about streaming traffic sustained available capacity.
I can stream at 4500kbps to FB on a 10mbps upload DSL circuit just fine (after switching to new PC without corporate IDS/IPS/DLP security s/w interfering)

Per the log you have an upload bandwidth problem (and I've never seen that be wrong).
Now whether that bottleneck is your PC, your LAN, your ISP, or the ingest server can be hard to troubleshoot. And specific ISP traffic routing can change over time to different destinations (ie fine one day, not the next)
- basic troubleshooting would be to disconnect ALL other devices from LAN (powered off smart devices are NOT necessarily disconnected).
- try disabling that FB chat widget (notice errors in log)
- lower bitrate until successful
