Question / Help My stream once a time loads for everyone

Hello,
I recently tried streaming on Twitch with OBS. Everything is running fine, but sometimes the stream shows, it is loading and it happens to everyone. I tried changing servers, bitrates, finding some information, but nothing fixes my issue. I am using OBS Studio 0.15.2 on a Windows 10 laptop. My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad Y50 (4K 16GB RAM version). I really don't know what can i do to fix this, but I hope someone knows how to fix it. Thanks for answers in advance.

If you are not dropping frames, you can't do anything about buffering.

How do I know, I am dropping frames? Can it buffer because of dropped frames?

I would like to get answers forquestions in my previous post and I would also like to know if my computer can be the cause for this buffering. I tried other streaming services with similar results, so I think it's either some OBS setting, my computer or my internet. This seems like an unsolvable problem for me right now, so I am thankful for any help.
