Question / Help My stream Lags for viewers every few minutes

My stream lags for viewers every few minutes. I dont notice it on my obs preview screen but when i watch the playback on twitch i can see there is lag every few minutes. I can link you my stream if you'd like to see. All the help would be very useful.

My download is 330mb/s
Upload is 32 mb/s

My pc specs are
CPU i7 6700k
GPU 2 GTX 1070 sli
Ram 32GB

Hi,

It can do depends on the connection to that ingress server. Run the Twitch Bandwidth tool and pick one closes to 100 an not below 80 quality. Use the settings 64 tcp and 30 duration then review the results.

Few other things to check

1. You have enough upload to run the 3000 bitrate to do this you will need a min of 4mb continuous
2. If this has been find then check with the ISP that they are not having any issues.
