I have big problem, recently I got new PC and I started streaming with OBS studio using Sweden server (19ms~), I'm from Lithuania. And my internet upload is pretty good, it's about ~90mbps upload speed, I think it's enough to stream there is results http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5493117626 . Problem is when I stream with good quality 480-720p stream is always lagging to other people, that circle is always rotating and nobody can watch my stream, so please help me somehow I don't know what to do.
P.S. My PC is 8gb ram, i5 6400 3.2ghz, gtx 960 4gb vram
