First off I have looked at all of the pinned help threads and none of them have worked out for me. This issue starts out with some back story. I began streaming a view months ago in my college dorm on the same PC I am using now. The game that usually gave me the most trouble was PUBG but that was understandable and the lag for the stream really only happened when I drove around in cars. At my dorm there was an upload speed of 5mbps on wired connection, yes that low but I was able to stream dark souls 3, League of Legends, and PUBG(some lag) with decent functionality. Now returning home where my upload speed is around 80mbps on a wired connection my stream is pretty much terrible. It either buffers or just freezes or runs at like 2 fps on twitch. So this is where I am confused I expected an improvement from my bad dorm internet and yet its much worse. I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days now trying various fixes(changing bitrate, fps, twitch server, resoluion etc) and it all doesn't work. I also have considered its my hardware but then I ask myself how was I able to stream at my dorm then? I am new to this so any help would be appreciated.
