my stream is running terribly whilst having amazing internet

i use ethernet which gets me 300mb/s and an upload speed of 100mb/s and the first stream i did was running a smooth 8000 kbps yet now is barely hitting 1000 without changing any settings and using the dynamically change bitrate tool

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
