Hello my stream is laging me when i use OBS 0.656 stream dont laging but when i use Multiplatform stream is laging me my internet is fast here to see http://www.speedtest.net/result/4716073443.png here my logs

It's the frame skipping issue I've been having with OBS MP. When I stream at 1080p 60fps I get constant frame skipped (as shown in the log) This is different to dropped frames as it isnt shown at the bottom right of OBS MP.
With the original OBS this issue doesn't exist.

You're overworking your processor massively.

You're running a processor from early '08. It's not going to have the power to handle 1080p60

Don't call it lag.

Because lag probably doesn't mean what you think it means.

You will have to test a lot. Rescale your output to something around 360p or 480p maybe and see if that helps. Lower the fps to 30 or even less.
Your cpu is actually not enough for a decent stream but you can try to get something running. As mentioned, you will have to test a lot, we unfortunately cannot give exact values that will work.
If you plan to play a game on the same PC while streaming I would really recommend to upgrade your hardware to at least an up to date i5 or i7 system.
