Question / Help My stream is lagging, help me :c

Hi everyone, since 1 week I try to stream with OBS, can you help me ? Sorry for my english, je suis français ^^


Description of my problem(s) :

When I start stream in Custom, my stream is OK, but when I start real game the stream is VERY lagy and there are Freeze and lag and much other, I don't know why..

Configuration :

Nvidia GeForce GT 630M 1GB
IntelCore i5

What is your ram?

Streaming and playing from the same PC is dodgy at best.
