My stream is jumping from 60fps to 30 fps sometimes, but im not getting any message that i lost frames.

Im in the Middle of my stream/recording and my stream shows 30 fps in the screen capture, but my camera is still 60 fps, but its just for a little of time, then the screen capture comes back to 60 fps.

I have a Intel i9 13900k RTX 4090 TUF Gaming 32gb of ram 4000mhz.

Im using the NVENC for streaming/recording at the same time.

Y use the P5 for the quality, and everything ese its at the maximum, I also use 1920x1080 60 fps, and a bitrate of 8,000.

And im not getting any message from OBS saying that there is a lost of FPS, it always shows 60.00 even that the screen capture in the OBS Preview, in the stream, and in the recording show just 30fps, for some time, and then comes back to 60, im also using Windows 10 Pro as the OS.

Everything in the PC is up to date.
