Question / Help My stream is choppy even though I have good specs!

Here's my speedtest:

My upload usually goes up to 80+.

My specs are: i7 8700k
GPU: GTX 980ti FTW edition
Ram: 16 gb DDR4 3000mhz
Monitor: 2560x1440 - 144hz G-Sync

I'm trying to stream at 1080p at 60fps. My stream can feel choppy or laggy with movement. It doesn't feel exactly smooth. Can you please tell me how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate it

Is Windows game mode turned off? Hold the Windows key and press i, click Gaming then under the game bar, captures & game mode tabs make sure everything it turned off ... If you dont have this option update Windows.

Also a log of the last live stream with the issue would be helpful for people to help you.
