Question / Help My Stream has terrible lag when playing games even though I have a good PC and Internet

Hi everyone,

I'm very concerned that I put all this time and effort into making overlays, banners and panels all to know that I can't even use it because my stream is to laggy. I have a GTX 1070 and an i5 6600k overclocked to 4.2 ghz. I have tried different types of bit rates and in game graphic qualities but just can't get the delay to go away.

Any help is much appreciated.

Sincerely,
Jared (therealHotPenguin)

Well dropped frames I think is the huge problem. The more graphically intense the games get the worse it gets. For some reason h1z1 will drop lots of frames even though my friend streams that game fine with a worse computer than mine.

yes but doesn't seem to fully represent how bad it is in stream. Also are dropped frames the same as skipped frames? When I look at stream stats in twitch it says I have a lot of skipped frames

That looks okay.

Need an obs session log from one of the sessions where you had problems and a re-run of that test with a 1 minute duration and a tcp window size of 8k

That you're having trouble streaming to twitch, and tests indicate a connection quality issue between you and the twitch servers.
