Question / Help My stream got saved as tons of small ".ts" files

I had my recording format set to "m3u8" but OBS saved my stream as hundreds of small ".ts" files each with only a few seconds of footage. How do I combine these into the full recording?

An m3u8 is a playlist file, one that points to multiple, split files (in this case, ts files). You'll need to use a video editor to combine the footage.

Edit: I've just been notified you may be able to remux the playlist. In OBS, go to File -> Remux Recordings, select the m3u8, and hopefully that should turn it into an MP4.
