My stream got cut off for no reason?

So few days ago I was using OBS to stream. The total length of the stream was around 12 hours according to what OBS said back at the end of the stream. But after I ended it. YouTube just cut the stream off for 5 minutes. But OBS was saying that it was still streaming and I even had a device watching my own stream to see is everything okay. I have even stayed for the entire stream. But once the stream ended. Almost 5-19 minutes of the stream is just cut off from YouTube resulted the stream (or as a video) to be at exactly 11 hours and 55 minutes. Is this something wrong with YouTube or with OBS?

If my stream has been disconnected. Then how was I able still see myself streaming through using my ipad to watch the stream?

in OBS where the "Start Streaming" button is located there is a "Start Recording" button as well. simply click that button too when you start your stream. or record then upload.
