Question / Help My Stream gets pixelated when my character is in motion.

Hey Everyone,
I am new to the streaming so i don't know that much about OBS but i saw some videos on Youtube and setup my OBS according to the Youtube videos i watched. I started streaming on Youtube and i am facing pixelation in stream when moving in-game and its even more worse in night missions. I have a good PC and a decent internet. Please tell me if it's my OBS settings problem or something else.

RTX 2080Ti
32 GB 4000MHz RAM
ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero
1 TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD

Internet Speed :-
Up - 100 MBPS
Down - 100 MBPS

This forums offers support for OBS studio, not Streamlabs OBS.

I recommend seeking assistance on Streamlabs support forums.

Judging by your test stream picture quality is totally fine. Idk what are you talking about. If you want a clearer picture, try increasing the bitrate to something like 15000.
