Question / Help My stream freezes every second pls helping me!

i having good computer with gtx 750 and i5 @ 3.2 ghz... but i using obs to streaming and on obs looking fine no lagging, but going on my stream verry laggy, freezing every second but hearing sound why? pleas helping me!
