My stream buffers so much i need perfect settings

hello guys i want to stream a game but it is lagging so much, i have intel(r) core i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz. 3.20Ghz, ram 12GB, 64 bit system, gtx 750 ti, i was streaming so good but then i changed something after watching someones video and then it started buffering i think i need better settings for obs so pls help me if you know what to do

Go to the Tools menu in OBS, and select Auto-Configuration Wizard. It should get you a good baseline to work from.

Otherwise, we will need a logfile from a live streaming session at least 30 seconds in length where the issue was occurring to be able to troubleshoot anything.
