My stream buffers ON you Tube why i go play cs- go for example but when i'm nothing play cs-go it's very good stream, at last week i stream all days and nothing happened
..
i stream at 720p i have 15 upload i stream at 2000, 1500 and same thing...

That's not youtube being problematic. That's your computer not being able to keep up
