Question / Help My sound in obs is delayed.

When recording a screen in an obs studio my audio is not synchronized with the video. The sound is delayed by two and sometimes three
seconds. It bothers me a lot to try many ways like: reinstalling the program, downloading different helpers to get rid ofthe delay, changing
settings, etc.
As for my recording settings, they look like this:

Is there any way to eliminate the delay

Is there a reason why you won't post a complete log?

The above is an output session ONLY. It lasts for four seconds, and there are only a few skipped frames.

You're running an i5 and a 1060. Reduce the quality setting; if all you're capturing is local audio and video and they're out of sync, this usually means you are overloading your computer.

Try reducing either the frame size or frame rate (go for 720p60 or 1080p30.

You haven't changed them.

You're running an i5 and a 1060. Reduce the quality setting; if all you're capturing is local audio and video and they're out of sync, this usually means you are overloading your computer.

Try reducing either the frame size or frame rate (go for 720p60 or 1080p30.

First log:
OBS 23.2.1 (64-bit, windows) log file uploaded at 2019-07-31, 11:40:54

11:40:18.924: video settings reset:
11:40:18.924: base resolution: 1920x1080
11:40:18.924: output resolution: 1920x1080
11:40:18.924: downscale filter: Bicubic
11:40:18.924: fps: 60/1

Last log:
17:53:41.372: video settings reset:
17:53:41.372: base resolution: 1920x1080
17:53:41.372: output resolution: 1920x1080
17:53:41.372: downscale filter: Bicubic
17:53:41.372: fps: 60/1

You're still attempting 1080p60. If reducing to 720p30 doesn't address it then it likely doesn't have anything to do with your OBS settings.

When I lower the resolution of the image, the screen decreases and it does not help.

I'm not sure what more to suggest to you, then.

Without complete logs there's no way for anyone to judge what the effects the changes that are being made on OBS performance and your machine's performance.

If poor OBS performance was the cause of the audio desynchronization, then the reduction of frame size or frame rate should have alleviated it. If this did not help, then either something else is occurring that cannot be verified, or the source of the delay is not within OBS.
