Ever since updating to the latest version of OBS (currently running 28.0.1), I've noticed that my replay buffers will no longer save if I press Scroll Lock while holding Shift. As soon as I let go of Shift, the hotkey works as usual. None of my settings have changed and my keyboard works identically across all other programs.
Has OBS changed the way hotkeys are handled if you're holding an otherwise unbound/unused modifier? I just added a second option of Shift + Scroll Lock in my Hotkeys settings, but it seemed like a pretty minor but important change that could easily be missed.
