My gameplay on Forza Horizon 2, Metro Exodus, COD MW is blurry, but not constantly. It seems to be maybe refreshing and then it gets blurry. I've been trying different settings for 2 weeks now and I cant seem to shake this weird blurry pulsating footage. Some might say its because of a low end PC, but I can record Escape From Tarkov and GTA 5 without this issue. I am using Media Capture with an Aver media LGP Lite GL310 hooked up to my Xbox One Slim. If you look at the shadow on the left side of the car, or the field to the right you can see the recording is stuttering.
