My recordings are being cuttet of.

Unfortunately, I have the problem that my recordings for some reason, when I save them I think, are being cuttet of.

A little exemple:
I record Anno 1800, next to the red point OBS shows me 1h. and 38min. But after saving the recording there´re only 38min. and round about 800 MB left. The other 60min. are just suddenly disappeared, and I can´t find them in the file folder.

What´s the problem? Is it a failure in OBS? Or are my saving settings wrong?

If you see a red square on the bottom right then that shows you there's an issue. It should be green all the time.
The logfile you posted is not from the session when you recorded. Please attach the log file from the moment you recorded.

Ok, I´ll do that. Sry for posting the wrong logfile.
 
Reduce the quality of the CQP.
Your computer can't handle it. Also, run OBS as admin.

As running as Admin has significant potential negative security implications, that is a recommendation I try to avoid whenever possible. ymmv.. sometimes required.. but ..

Your log shows signs of a completely overloaded system (audio lag, etc)
With this... I'd reduce video quality as mentioned above, and drop to 30fps, and see if you can get a stable Recording, then adjust from there

Further, you may need to optimize at an Operating System level to stop/reduce background processes from interfering with OBS
 
Mega-thanks to you both for helping me, I´ll try to fix the problems as good as I can... (I don´t like to think of) But it can be, that I come back.xd
